The name of the play is The Ransom of Red Chief. It is about a mean
little brat who is staying with his rich old banker uncle,Ebeneezer Dorset. Two not so
bright con men decide to kidnap the little brat and collect ransom on him. It turns out
that they have to pay Ebeneezer to take the kid back. |
